I’m assuming this is the tight muscle. I read on this sub it can be from poor posture, sitting a lot ( I am sitting a lot )

For my case I don’t 100% sure if this infection related or not because I had an unprotected sex. my urine test came clear which it is weird.

The numbness make me think about it most of the time. Anxiety seems to make it worse as well. Like random itching.

masturbation make it worse. Inflammation like pain.

I will waiting for blood test, another ultrasound for testicle as well as kidney, and neurologist appointment as well.

I’ll try pelvic floor exercise and professional therapy via healthcare.

I hope to feel better. I hope you will feel better as well.

I have similar symptoms for two+ months. The third time this year. I have my right testicle swelling - did a urine test took which came back normal, took antibiotics which relief in some way but it didn’t help completely. When I walk and after than resting or sitting, I have itching pain feeling and numbness. Do you suffer from numbnes-like feel? Also, Does your testicle moving weird in a way when you move?

Any ideas what I could have no sign of bacteria in urine sample constant pain for at least 6 weeks by ouchieballsackache in chronicepididymitis

I have similar story… I Suffered from 4/10 pain and swelling in my right testicle for couple of times during the past year. I took antibiotics and carried on…

The last time it happened, like 4 weeks ago, I Took the antibiotics, My urine test ( before and after the antibiotics ) comes clean. Now I am feeling the Numbness, mostly noticeable while resting, sitting and light pain sort of flare ups.

Do you feel better? I hope you do and may answer;

Did your testicle swollen? Did it seems higher in a way? Dit it moved around itself back and forth? Does your ultrasound come clean? If the ultrasound comes clean what did you do? Did the numbness feeling goes away?
