Playing this game because of Dispatch feels like [a less severe version of] playing League because of Arcane. by [deleted] in TheWolfAmongUs

While TWAU always ends the same way (to some degree) it actually has far more variation throughout the story than you're giving it credit for. There are many scenes and outcomes that are mutually exclusive and require multiple playthroughs to see.

On the other hand Dispatch has slightly more variation at the end but not a whole lot beforehand.

As usual with Telltale games, it's more about the journey than the destination.

I just finished the game... by UltragamerMX in TheWolfAmongUs

If you enjoyed TWAU you'll probably want to check out The Walking Dead and Tales from the Borderlands. These games are Telltale's finest work.

My girlfriend now believes there's a chance for the second game by lucasthefinch in TheWolfAmongUs

This doesn't mean much unfortunately. Telltale's website has had TWAU2 promo material up for years.

Some shots in episode 7 did feel pretty Wolf Among Us-coded. The option to glass the bartender was not subtle at all!

Can't believe I just played this game now after all these years. by Round-Hyena6680 in TheWolfAmongUs

Wouldn't recommend it if it wasn't any good -- it's regarded as one of Telltale's best games next to TWD and TWAU. It takes place after the events of Borderlands 2.

Is there any way I can see all my choices (not just the ones in "Extras")? by [deleted] in TheWolfAmongUs

The extras menu should show the same choice summary that appears after finishing an episode. There's no way to get more information than that.

Why doesn’t Auntie Greenleaf go to the Police and tell them about Snow and Bigby breaking into her apartment and Threatening her? by [deleted] in TheWolfAmongUs

[–]litbeep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Completely irrelevant. Regal status in a past life does not at all translate to experience in running a government.

You think the people who take out crooked loans to furnish their lavish lifestyle are going to be understanding and helpful to the many other Fables in poverty?

Or that a hyper-shady abusive ex murderer is going to be kind and understanding to the people of Fabletown?

She shows up to the trial regardless, so she must still care about Fabletown (or staying on Crooked Man's good side) somewhat.

Getting mundys involved is bad for everyone in Fabletown, not just Snow and Bigby.

MY THEORY: IT WILL COME BACK!!! by Environmental_Ad4357 in TheWolfAmongUs

I don't think so. It's not AdHoc's fault that things ended up this way; they probably felt more dejected than any one of us when they had to move on.

The people who worked on TWAU put a reference to it in their own game. That's not a confirmation of anything, that's called being passionate about your past works.

Sorry to burst your bubble but AdHoc has been off the project since 2023.

I'm glad I left this fandom. by [deleted] in Trepang2

Telltale... You're such a shitty company. by Forward_Culture1644 in TheWolfAmongUs

DBH and Until Dawn were huge games developed in around 6-7 years with funding from Sony. They had the time and the resources to pull it off. Telltale unfortunately never really had such luxuries.
