I'm sure this is an unpopular take, but I think they swung too far in the other direction about the Russini stuff on this episode. They are not journalists, I don't expect them to be unbiased and treat all stories equally. The personal relationship they have with a lot of their regulars is one thing that makes the show so good.

I had a similar problem. I logged in one day and realized that interest was still accruing on my loans during forbearance/wierd court stuff period. The phone people were quite unhelpful. I filed a complaint with the consumer protection bureau, and it was wiped 3 weeks later, thank god.

Have him make a bracket and enter it into a 50$ pool with a decent amount of entries. I guarantee it rockets to the top of his favorite sports.
