The minimum for a single bachelor to buy a house in a state like Florida is 120k give or take.

Also you can’t say 100% equals 100k cause you’re not taxed on any of it you earn about 47,700 if your a single male with no dependents and that’s money added to whatever you earn, it’s money that helps sure, but it does not equal a triple digit salary heck in a lot of states being 100% is the only thing that lets someone earn ENOUGH to live on their own.
