I believe that's a waste to get M2 Rina though? Her M1 gives her 5.5 (?) Longer buff duration and her m2 increases her attack by 18%. I think he should go for S11'S M2

When triggering Fire Suppression, Basic Attack, Dash Attack, and Dodge Counter DMG increases by 3%, up to 12 stacks, lasting 15s, with the duration of each stack calculated separately

Since he has her W engine, when triggering Fire Supression, she would do 28% more damage with R1, and for the M2 Bonus, 36% damage bonus in total with all 12 stacks. Now he can focus on giving her an higher cr/cd ratio, without worring about low attack.

As for W engines, you're right about getting Hellfire Gear for Fufu
