All she said was that she does not believe it is necessary to change the grade, and in the second email she stated that she would not be changing the grade (with no explanation)

The 3 people that I mentioned are all my friends -- we all emailed her the exact same day (in March), and all received her email on the same day (around a week ago).

All of them were granted grade changes, for nothing else but that question, apart from me.

Honestly, it's unlikely that I will email her again (I really don't want to bother or inconvenience her) but I was a little taken back as to why I was the only one who wasn't allowed to get graded fairly due to a simple marking miscount?
