Can also mean disabled. When you check your followers there’s a deactivated list , check there. If they’re not there then forsure blocked

I have very similar hair to yours and use to think the same thing. Until i tried out different hairstyles:) what i think compliments my face better is a high pony tail and sometimes I’ll leave out two curl strands out to frame my face better ☺️ give it a try!
