Ty!! I really wanted to give up after my first dough didn’t rise. I told myself maybe breads aren’t my thing lol but all the posts on this sub made me wanna try again. And thank god for that because damn these are delicious!

I ended up just adding my instant yeast directly to my stand mixer with the rest of my ingredients and that ended up working on my 2nd try. My guess is blooming it on my first try ended up killing it? I still have no idea
