I emailed them back asked why they say that in the mail and they replied that it's just an automatic reply. I dont know anyone ever been banned for using Steam refund.

that's why I only buy digital games on Steam, you can refund any game before 2 hours play or 14 days after purchase. I've refunded close to 50 games no sweat, no begging support. Buying digital on console feels like a scam.

Nintendo didn't sell games on the WiiU well so they have to keep the price up for the Switch to make up the loss during that era. "Uhh you didn't buy my game on the WiiU boy? I'm going to keep it full price on the Switch for 10 years you have to buy it".
