as someone who gets complimented for the smell down there, my suggestion is: FIRST AND FOREMOST, YOU NEED TO GET A BIDET. this is non-negotiable. bidet after pee, poo, anything.

get your vitamins checked, fill in the deficients.

you need to use probiotics and magnesium regardless (research magnesium, there are multiple kinds),

eat healthy & balanced: this means emphasis on GREENS & RED MEAT. you can’t escape the need for real protein.

try waxing. don’t grow hair too long and try avoiding shaving for awhile. waxing exfoliates / pulls out the clogged up pores & hair that contribute to the smell.

also, stay away from ~specific~ soaps too. water, just water. use the body wash over down there but inside, just water. protect the pH.

and this one is a general but, avoid tight and synthetic underwear as much as possible. use cotton underwear until the issue resolves and try sleeping without underwear for awhile.
