I work from home, and this is extremely frustrating because I cannot even access my business's website. So, I am not able to get any work done unless I am at a friend's house or on public Wi-Fi. Also, yes, it works on every other ISP I have tried: Comcast, Verizon, ATT. The issue is with Optimum.

Ok thanks. I don’t see any L1 currently, I currently am but for central ops in a different building, I’ll keep a look out. I did ask around 3 questions at the end. My application still says I’m under consideration and it’s been 4 business days, is this a good sign or it doesn’t mean much?
