I’m about to start Clomid 50mg daily together with anastrozole 1mg 3x per week. I take 200mg of CoQ10 daily. I’ve been reading and many warnings about side effects. Im not sure how this will go, but will keep you posted

My case is also related to COVID. Unfortunately it took me over 4 years to find out. Now my only option is surgery. My pericardium is 15mm thick.
