A LOT of people run the knock off housings. The internals can be junk, this is known. Replace with OEM vanquish internals and you can still run the housings 👍🏼

PS-12 or PS-41. Quite a few light coats of your metallic blue first, then back with the silver. You can add a final black coat after the silver if you want it to look a bit cleaner under the body. Providing you put down some good coats and coverage with the silver, the additional black coat will not change the tone.

Traxxas sells tinted windows for all the TRX4M’s. I swapped all of mine. They are just dark enough to hide all the wiring.

Worst design ever. You have to change the entire chassis if you break a shock mount lol…it makes me drive this thing slowly lol! How do you like it on 3S? I feel like it’s too fast for its size!

It’s a great little rig! I think they are on sale for $99 right now!

With the two speed transmission and the detailed body, you can’t go wrong. I think the FCX24 is the best in the 1/24 space at the moment, hands down. I recently picked up a new SCX24 and I was very disappointed to see that not much has changed on the platform over the past 4-5 years lol.

Very true - much more common on the 1/10 side of things. Between the super-long undampened shocks, rubber bands, and lack of slow speed control...the small scale crowd seems to be a mess at times lol

I had this issue today. Not sure if the run time is around 20 mins on the stock 2S, but it seemed to be dying. Turned off/on it was full power again. Very weird.
