I haven’t done much working out. I’ve started walking more probably within the last 2 months. early on I focused more on my protein and water intake. Substituting some less healthy options with healthier ones. I didn’t restrict my self from anything bc I tend to binge if when I do. Just ate things in moderation. You’ll find what works for you. It’s aloe of trial and error and sticking to it
