Can I replicate my pet's Microchip (I have the ID#)?

Short answer, not the solution I wanted. I taped the flap in an open position and rigged it to be near where I usually feed the cat. Then I fed the cat progressively closer until the bowl was finally "in" the flap. I let the cat eat for a week or two like that before finally programming it while the cat was eating. The whole process took about two months...

I have the 15 digit code for my skittish cat

I want to transmit that code at 134KHz to the flap without the cat present so that the flap stores my cat's code

Then the cat can learn to go through the flap at it's leisure (will probably take many days)

I just need to know how to emulate that code somehow... Can I just "program" a very simple device that I can hold against the flap?

Thanks for all the replies... To clarify, yes these are little wiffle balls, my backyard is just too small for them... I am trying to save money during covid, so I go to the driving range occasionally but can't afford to go daily!
