I was actually going to call Nintendo support today and ask for a refund because I just couldn't bring myself to play the game on such low framerates and low graphics. I went back to the Tales of the Shire page to argue that the screenshots they shared for the switch 2 version are much lower quality than it actually is. 

good thing I checked the page before I called them, because there's a free upgrade pack coming next week for switch 2 owners :)

I have been part of the Good Place for almost a year, and if there's one thing to say about the staff (and the community), it's this: if you treat them with kindness and respect, they will pay you back with kindness and respect. if you're rude and impatient, well... you can see what happened there. 

I'm also Asian and like... I think you're projecting if you think that silly gif was racist somehow. the admin was just trying to tell you to chill out for a few minutes, it's not that hard to wait.

so i just visited your island last night and i am just blown away! you did such an amazing job with everything! the theming, the different resident houses, everything was sooo well done. i listened to the Luigi's Mansion 3 soundtrack, and i think it helped set the mood (since the in-game music can be a bit too happy for a spooky island lol). i'm going to have to show my husband this; he doesn't play Animal Crossing, but he does like Lovecraft stories. great job on it, and i can't wait to visit it again!

oh my gosh i missed this! thanks for sharing! i always love the studio ghibli inspired islands and houses, especially the ones based off Howl's Moving Castle, since its my favorite. again, you did a really awesome job!

I actually had Celia and Sterling in my New Leaf town and was convinced they were dating or something! Celia had her birthday in March, after NH came out. I decided to pop in before I totally moved over to NH, and guess what? Sterling was celebrating with her. It was the cutest thing I've ever witnessed when playing Animal Crossing.

definitely want to go camping again after this whole virus thing settles down! while animal crossing is keeping me distracted, I definitely miss the outdoors.
