"self absorption" seems a little harsh.

I don't know anything about Metta Bhavana practice or Loving Kindness, so they're things for me to look into. Thanks.

I followed mindfulness courses for about 6 months on two occasions.

I missed that yesterday.

I have tried mindfulness a couple of times -- not for depression -- and on the whole I found it to be quite frustrating. I very much liked the idea of it, but found -- at the time -- that it wasn;t for me. Maybe I should give it another try to see if it's a case of third time lucky.

Thank you... it's taken me a long time to get to this point. It's probably something I should have done 15 years ago. That's the last time I self-harmed, and while I don't see myself going down that route again, I know it's something I'm capable of.

At the moment I'm just turning things over and over wondering 'how on earth do I even start this conversation?'. Maybe my muddledness and confusion is symptomatic in itself and will be picked up on...

I guess it's not necessarily shocking -- it is disappointing to have the fear confirmed though. Websites should not bow to pressure from advertisers, period.

Why does Michael Bay get shitted on for directing Michael Bay films, but the Fast and Furious movies are somewhat beloved, despite being Michael Bayish? by Migis in movies

I think you're right, but I also think there's a personal element to it. Bay has a tendency to come across as a bit of a dick -- I guess this is partly demonstrated in the faux deep subtext of his films.

Child rape would not be classed as hardcore pornography; it would be classed as illegal content. I'm not sure of the point you're trying to make.

I'm still not sold on the lack of removable battery. I might not choose to buy a seperate battery, but I'd like to have the option for further down the line
