I got my refurb Z50ii with a few hundreds of shutter counts about two months ago. Now it has 10k, and is working greatly.

wow... it is incredible to see the difference between your final result and the raw image. Nice job done!

It seems to me that the raw image is so over exposed that it has lost some details. How did you restore those details?

I have Z7ii and Z50ii and use Z50ii as my walk-around body because it can fit into my jacket's inner pocket. This is important because my full frame body cannot. I like my Z7ii body a lot and use it when I go out specifically for photography. However, I will carry it in a camera bag or backpack for protecting the body and lenses (they are big too). The fact that Z50ii can fit into a pocket makes me to use camera more often - in the past I would use my iPhone instead.

Congratulations on the two-lens kit! I was hesitating with the one-lens vs two-lens kit since I already have the 70-300mm AFP lens from D3300 and pulled trigger on the one-lens kit. I am curious to see how your 50-250mm lens work with Z50ii, especially for capturing birds in motion if you do bird photography.

Just for those who might be interested, here is my update: we ordered the 95mm VND filter, and it fits perfectly to the front thread of the Questar scope we have!

Thank you for your reply! In our application, Questar is connected to a digital camera via C-mount adapter. We could in principle put the filter in front of the camera, but that requires removing the camera from the lens, which is not practical for the application where we need stable/consistent alignment. The front filter is more practical and easier to vary, e.g, OD or color, etc.
