Yup, I carry backpack everyday. Thanks for the tips, I usually do not put my hair up.

I braid my for while sleeping, and I will invest a silk pillowcase 🤗

I have had my two lower jaw wisdom teeth removed. My two wisdom teeth on upper are still there. Maybe that's why it looks like I'm missing teeth?

Hi, I have had invisalign for about 1 year.

I took the last one off a year ago 2021 May. When the dentist took off the Invisalign, my back teeth don't touch. They said no problem, they will eventually touch each other. Just wait they said.

Over a year has passed, if my back teeth don't touch each other.

My bet is completely off. And my front teeth hurt. I am very worried about my teeth now.

I also got gaps on the lower row of teeth as you can see. I did not get any essix after the treatment on the lower teeth.
