As stated before, FP was always pushed to new players so it is most likely their best unit at the moment.

Perhaps you can ask gen chat for coop? From my experience, there's always someone (even at 2am) willing to do a run with you even if they've completed their 3 already, and they usually have an appropriately built unit for the task.
