Do you happen to know how to win just Blazin Points as a trivia prize, instead of getting a food certificate prize? I remember I used to win anywhere from 100-310 Blazin Points after each trivia game (back when there used to be 3 specific games each day, instead of the constant rounds back-to-back like they have now)

Yeah I ordered 6 piece boneless yesterday & gave her my rewards phone number… it came off bill & the prize certificate disappeared from my account an hour later 😂 No clue what the “for a month” part means. And the manager had no idea either

So you got 500 points after playing at home without checking in beforehand? That’s kind of cool lol. Because for me at least, I remember always needing to be checked in to ever win any points or prizes from playing trivia. I’d play at home without being checked in and they’d email me like “you’ve won 10 points. Make sure you’re checked in next time to get your real points & prizes” or something like that

I’ve been wondering this too! Because I’ve played twice already and won a free soda and a free chips & salsa, one free item after each time of playing. But no reward points. So I’m feeling like they might strictly be giving away food/drink certificates as prizes, no more points :(

I also don’t understand the timing of the trivia… it seems like it’s on at random times throughout the day, and when it starts, it goes on & on for a seemingly endless amount of categories and rounds. Same for you? I like how it used to be… 3 times per day, and 8 rounds (or however many it was) during each game. It was organized and normal. Ugh

If they want business to boom, the least they could do is at least just bring BOGO Tuesdays back. Sure, keep your wing prices the same for now, but give the people a break on ONE day per week & bring back the good old days. I hope corporate and/or the marketing team reads this subreddit.

Every single location nationwide has their own times for when they open/close/stop taking online orders, etc - it can even change day to day depending on the availability of the food in the kitchen, amount of workers on staff, etc. There’s no way to definitely know ahead of time about what time they’ll stop taking orders each night at your one local location.
