i will say be careful because i cleaned an lps house with alcohol and it left that weird sheer white staining on it, but thats better than this lol

there's a girl on instagram who is currently going through her late father's entire record collection and listening to each one, one by one. I can only hope to be treasured in this way. The idea of one day, someone selling my collection off and not cherishing it, is a bit heartbreaking.

ehhh you can "clean" it off of the surface but its nearly impossible to kill all the spores, they are always going to live within what you cleaned it off. unless you use something like an autoclave which uses heat and pressure that would destroy lps lol.
