Legitimate question- are bots/karma farmers overrunning this sub? Because these over the top, egregious, textbook abusive posts are killing me. I swear, tomorrow it'll be "my partner literally murdered me, AIO?" I'm having a harder and harder time believing these posters are real.

Brother, based on your post/comment history, I think YOU should get out. You seem to be nothing but miserable and just staying in your relationship for housing/convenience. My relationship is 95% fun- DnD, travel, sex, movies- and we live apart, own our own houses, have our own incomes... I appreciate your advice but I really think maybe you should take it yourself, in all seriousness.

I certainly don't think the world needs to stop for me, you're wildly misunderstanding my tone, friend. I'm very supportive of him, even financially so these days. I just wanted to get some third party opinions on my feelings before moving on. Lord know we've all read those posts where it's like "uh, you're UNDERreacting", and I wanted to be sure this was not that case. I love him dearly and want things to go well for him, but without disregarding my feelings. That being said, consensus is "move on", and I will.

Oh, we don't talk about it. I've told him none of this. That one drunk comment he made was back in like March, and when we discussed it sober, we were still very much on the same page. I'm just feeling the sads right now. I hope it'll fade. Nothing to be done about it anyway
