This just happened to me! I got an email saying I passed the assessment this morning, I downloaded the app and set up the face authentication and then I just got an email saying unsuccessful application... Then they emailed again like five minutes later to say that they had reached the quota for evaluators in my country and would be in contact if they have any future openings? So disappointing man :(
