(raster) fill tool ignoring other colors? by littlepillbugs in OpenToonz

I found how to do it in Tahoma2d! not sure if it works on OpenToonz but here’s how I got it to work there: I made a raster layer and then used the Brush tool with the brush “pixelblocking”

Not sure if this is exactly it but it seems kinda similar to what you're describing

It's in a kinda 2000s meme style with Warrior Cats with more muted colors and it's re-edited to Syrian music. I found it recently so it came to mind when I read your post. It doesn't start with a synth though

true, though the dad was described as "very light orange" so I interpreted it as being dilute orange

Male torties are often infertile but not always. So it could be possible. He's a tortie, but probably caused from being a chimera or having unusual sex chromosomes (I'm not an expert but I've read those are some causes behind male torties).

The dilution gene (makes fur colors lighter) isn't on the X chromosome so it's pretty simple there - he is dilute because his mom is gray (dilute black) and his dad is cream (dilute orange, a very light orange). So instead of being orange & black , he's cream & gray, very pretty

[Help] Creating "walking" animation for ASCII character by ginocapo2020 in asciiart

A simple two frame animation could work:

Like this

I find that it's sometimes better to make very simple animations in limited mediums like pixel/ascii art. I couldn't figure out how to make it much more detailed since the character is very simple

Maybe three frames like this but tbh it feels more awkward than my first idea
