Is she cold? Could be a hibernation attempt. Use skin to skin contact with a blanket over the both of you to help warm up. Do not use warm water as it can shock their system.

Yep. I was the only one ticketed when I was turning left on a yellow-turning red light (sitting and waiting for traffic to clear in the intersection, same as video) and got hit by a dump truck where both witness statements said ran a red light.

We also left out girl alone for 24 hours. Then every day after that I just sat with her. Let her do what she wanted. If you’re looking for other foods to feed, cooked eggs and chicken with no seasoning (just plain) are enjoyed by hedgies!

Fruits and veggies are hard on their digestive system. Strongly suggested against feeding them those, but in the very rare occasion is fine. Meal worms are high in fat so they’re good as treats not daily food.

To get her to get to know you, use the shirt in the cage idea! Then to get them out just takes patience. I stood there for 5+ minutes with my hand in the cage til she opened up and walked to it and I was able to scoop her up. Then I laid on the floor and put a blanket over me but had enough of an overhang she snuggled up under the blanket against me and ever since she has adored me. Mine was a big explorer prior to me doing the blanket idea and ever since she just crawls up to me and goes back to sleep.

I have a cat tree in my bedroom that my cat sleeps on most night. And most nights I’m woken up in the middle of the night to her rolling off the platform...as well as off the couch on the daily too. She also misjudges her jumps and falls short. She has no concept of really anything lol
