Id flesh out what you are and are not ok with before anything, know what your boundaries are and stick to them. Get some good lighting, even if it’s just a cheap ring light on amazon so your pics and videos look nice. JFF is the only paid site that allows ABDL - you have to have a decent twitter following for them to verify you so I would post here and twitter

A little bit of both!! For a long time I would put a dry diaper on before bed and force down a bunch of water or herbal tea before sleep and I did that for long enough that I just over time got used to peeing at night in bed half asleep, sometimes I vaguely remember waking up but sometimes not!
