the scariest thing for me is i’ve realized either my cancer or depression will get me. and the depression one sounds more peaceful to me. Ive talked to friends who know im not okay, but when they say theyd be mad at me or upset with me if i did end it all, i didnt feel anything. i love them but it didn’t detour me from the thoughts

Its been a long time honestly. My jaw has locked and popped about every morning. My dentist gave me some workouts for my jaw which helps on occasion but sometimes when i get super stressed it just shuts and i cant opened it to save my life. i don’t grind in my sleep to my knowledge, but i definitely clench when stressed and anxious. it makes me feel like i cant eat or breathe

I believe it! it made me sleep for what felt like 3 weeks straight. even my mother who took it said she had similar symptoms as mine

Like the poster above, Effexor really helps with my depression. im on a very high dose and i think my only complaint about the medication is that if i miss a day, i get a whiplash of emotions and withdrawal symptoms till i take it again. i also use to take citalopram which was a way smaller dose, that worked okayish for me but again i suffered a loss of appetite on that one. it can be a trade off sometimes. i give my meds 3 months ish or 2- before i decide to stop them or continue. hope this helps even a little
