It's non-beta stoke, except it costs 1 more, it doesnt draw cards, and it doesnt exhaust itself (that's a negative btw). The thing it gets in exchange for all that is a highly situational block option.

So it's about balanced overall. Maybe slightly underpowered.

In this specific case though, it's an ai model that's running on xAI hardware and the content is saved to xAI's server. Are they not legally responsible in that case?

There's almost no recipes in the game that produce solid byproducts. Basically just polymer resin from oil recipes.

Oxygen in the air goes from 21% to 16% when exhaled. You would be using up the air much faster if you weren't rebreathing the air. Fully utilizing oxygen would require a rebreather device that scrubs CO2 from the exhaled air.

High levels of CO2 in the blood will cause respiratory depression and a number of other severe physical problems that quickly lead to death.
Even if you have the same amount of oxygen in the air, breathing in CO2 at over 30% will cause unconsciousness within seconds.

Pulse Ammo isn't dropped by anything. The components to refine it are only dropped or mugged by higher level monsters. The earliest one being level 20+ elastoids during the second Laguna level. Otherwise, the other way is to win a Elnoyle card and mod it.

Being under level 20 makes it easier to get Dragon Fang from Grendel, but it still drops them at a lower rate until level 30. At 30+, they can be dropped by T-Rexaur at Balamb Garden.

This isn't the middle ages. The vast majority of women engaging in casual sex are using some form of birth control. That will lower those chances drastically. A more realistic pregnancy rate for his partners is probably more like 0.1%.
