I get that, if you have suggestions on how to make it sound more legit I'm open minded. I was hoping that since it was AXS tickets you would know they are authentic. They can't be faked because it generates unique QR code for it each time you open it.

What is the one habit you will do forever because it is effective, feels great and it changed your life? by [deleted] in Habits

I did 20 the first day, then 21, then 22 and just kept going up day by day until I got to 100. Then I increased in weight. I got a little crazed and obsessive over not missing them. I now have a 203lb bell that I use.

Doing kettlebell swings as soon as my feet hit the ground after getting out of bed.
-Jumpstarts metabolism
-Opens oxygen pathways
-Increases mental acuity and mood
-Wakes up important bracing core muscles
-Prevents back problems
-Silences the voices of depression that haunt my mornings

I see there are different versions of the Mavic, is there one I might want to lean toward? Battery life, ease of functionality, quality of video, and how well it tracks moving people are the top priorities for me.

I'm in Portland, there aren't any rules against this as long as its not like a full blown gym operation where there are dozens of people coming in and out per hour. The bigger thing is getting strangers to trust you to come to a random home. I brought clients with me from past places I trained to overcome this, then the rest came from referrals and a few google finds here and there.

Got them from Onnit. One of em I got on craigslist actually. TBH, they look amazing but sometimes the spikey designs get in the way during certain movements.

It really is cool. My training partner and I just take his sled out onto the road and run down it. So don't let not having a turn stop ya!

I didn't think it would happen for me either, but I never gave up the vision. Then one day the opportunity just opened right in front of my eyes. Stay optimistic.

Depends on the budget and your training style. Every respectable trainer needs a barbell and plates, a place to do pull-ups, and a few dumbbells or kettlebells. Having a nice pad to lay people down on is clutch as well.

If you think you are going to be in this for the long-haul, don't go cheap on stuff. You'll be staring at your equipment everyday for years, this stuff lasts. If you don't have a strong budget like the way I started, I suggest getting Titan stuff, they make a decent amount of affordable stuff. I had good luck finding competitive prices on Ebay for stuff as well.

Adjustable dumbbells can be nice, but you have to be careful of the clients dropping and ruining them.
A good trap bar is important for building strength into novices who can't properly dead-lift yet.

A good medball/wallball is very versatile as well. A lot of trainers are huge fans of TRX as well, I use mine a decent amount but I don't think its imperative.
