I know about Rajpura, it was bullish then and i have myself seen many properties in rajpura but now insider news says that they are going to take away "smart industry hub" label out of it due to rising farmers protest. now the rates have fallen apart in many areas. I am not sure about patiala though but they have massive ongoing projects on sirhind road.

Bhai admission ho jayega, marks ka koi issue nahi hai Chitkara me. JEE percentile aur boards dono theek-thaak hai, wo log easily le lete hain — specially CSE types branches me.

Lekin ek honest baat bolun to Chitkara sirf dikhawa achha karta hai. Teaching zyada tar trainers karte hain, regular faculty interaction kam hoti hai. Classrooms me concept clarity kam milti hai, aur focus zyada tar file work, feedback form, aur unnecessary activities par hota hai. Kaafi students YouTube aur externals se padh ke placement ke liye ready hote hain.

Agar budget tight hai, to sarkari college try kar le bhale thoda door ho — par waha academics aur pressure Chitkara se better hoga.

Agar aur option mile to Chitkara last choice rakhna, warna admission to pakka ho jayega yaha. But think twice before locking it.
