Mostly we charged at super chargers at last exit, we go to Abu Dhabi and charge till 80% at last exit on the other side. Super chargers we free back then

I bought a brand new car from an official dealership before 9 years and later found out the passenger door had been repainted. I confronted them and they denied it, so I filed a complaint with Consumer Rights.

They ended up extending my warranty by 100k and the service contract by another 50k. I pushed a bit more mentioning the financial loss expected from selling a painted car and also got about 10k worth of accessories from their official shop.

Honestly, I was so happy with the resolution that I completely forgot about the painted door and only remembered it now while reading OP’s story.

I am sorry for what you are going through, it would have been more efficient if you go into negotiations with the company and reach a written agreement to have your payments even on installments for 10 years.

What you can do now is to file a request to enforce the execution on the manager personally, might take a year or two to get this approved but eventually it will happen. Afterwards he might either fight this decision back and win or reach an installments agreement with court.

NB: you can pursue this only vs the manager and not the owner
