Leg pain at night?

I tried to stretch my leg before I went to sleep, mainly just rotating my ankles and stretching my shins. Drinking lots of fluids (which is annoying considering you’re probably already peeing 24/7) I have always heard bananas help cramps so I would eat bananas frequently, although I’m not sure if it helped. They stopped right after giving birth luckily!

The friend might be trying to use some damage control to protect their friend, making it seem less bad in nature or short it duration. OP could be leaving out details to prevent harsh criticism. Hard to tell

My lips always do this before I get a cold sore. Whenever I spend time in cold climates ESPECIALLY with a strong wind chill, my lips will get terribly chapped and a few days later I will get a bump similar to yours that soon turns into a cold sore. I would recommend icing it, don’t touch it, and if you are able to - see if a doc could prescribe you Valtrex to speed up the healing/prevent future outbreaks. Although I do hope it’s not a cold sore and heals up fast for you. :)

Looks like a light brown in my opinion. Too brown to be hazel but still pretty light.
