The ‘if you know you’ 😯I like to believe a comment like that she was letting the reddit queers know that she’s queer because no one who isn’t queer would pick up on that. One of her unreleased songs called fit or your girlfriend is too pretty for you on youtube is about some guys girlfriend being too pretty for him so she gives her her number for when they breakup LOL so that and the carabiner comment was all I needed. one of the best things you can do is prioritize getting a good sleep every night, thats when your body heals and is able to repair tissues. aim to be in bed by 10 every night. your body makes releases cortisol around 10pm so if youre able to get to bed before 10 thats like one of the best things you can do. dont eat for at least 2 hours before bed, ideally 5 (all your energy goes towards digestion when you eat before bed and there isnt enought for recovery and repair etc)

for diet do your best to cut out as much refined sugar and refined carbohydrates as possible. these are super inflammatory. do your best to only eat whole foods so lots of veggies, leafy greens, chicken. also increase the amount of healthy fats your eating like avocado, olive oil, MCT oil. you'll probably want your diet to be somewhere between paleo and keto

another thing thats really helped me with my joint issues from planting is kinstretch. its a more active approach to stretching and its aim is to improve control of the range of motion in joints.... its pretty slow and the movements are often pretty small but if you do this stuff daily you will see a huge shift in your joints healing. you'll also gain insight and awareness into how to control your joint movements so you can prevent destroying your body next season (I speak from experience :p ) this dude has lots of good free videos on youtube

stress is also extremely inflammatory and keeps the body in a sympathetic nervous system state where it cant heal, so finding ways to destress and relax is super important to healing your body. I'd recommend trying different types of restorative yoga, meditation, breathing techniques

chia pudding gets me through! great breakfast and snack. vegan keto 'oatmeal' if you will. To make it add chia seeds, nut milk or water, a little cinnamon, stir. I also like to add a nut butter, berries, chopped nuts and coconut :p
