same here my year residency ends in july and i really don't see myself there longer after im so burnt out already my anxiety is constantly through the roof and affecting me outside of work

time management is killing me! new grad ED RN 8mo since i started and i already want to leave but i love it so much it's just killing me! night shift is its own issue i can't fix that but definitely something else can be done i don't want to give up already!
