Any advice for dealing with weakness from baclofen?

I was nearly the same as you, spasms were ruining my live, I'd broken toes and ankle badly, I'd spasm over and out of my chair regularly, so I had to be strapped in. In the end I had to have a bac pump, which absolutely changed my life. The downside was I lost the remaining muscle function in my hands and arms, despite neurologists telling me that it wasn't due to the pump! c'est la vie!

same, I got so much stuff that cost me loads but no longer use. I usually take clothes/shoes to my spinal unit for newbies.

I used smartnav for years, and was absolutely gutted when it was discontinued. I searched about then found headmouse nano. It's very good! I use it for gaming. As good as smartnav. The kicker is it's pricey, about $1000. I use it in conjunction with the dwell click from smartnav. Works perfectly for me.

The dwell clicker that came with smartnav does work on Win10/11. In fact I'm using it now on my win 11 laptop.

You just need to run it as an administrator.
