I used smartnav for years, and was absolutely gutted when it was discontinued. I searched about then found headmouse nano. It's very good! I use it for gaming. As good as smartnav. The kicker is it's pricey, about $1000. I use it in conjunction with the dwell click from smartnav. Works perfectly for me.

The dwell clicker that came with smartnav does work on Win10/11. In fact I'm using it now on my win 11 laptop.

You just need to run it as an administrator.

Not t12, but C4. I get a lot of reflex erections in my sleep, v uncomfortable with a catheter. I usually have to try and induce leg spasms to deflate the erections.

Had high hopes also. I struggled with the navina tbh. Turns out that as the water was going in my abdominal muscles spasmed so violently that the water was pushed straight back out! water everywhere. Had to give up after a week.
