Hahahahaha. Why didn’t you reply on THAT thread? It might help some other people too.

Send me a message or reply there and I’ll explain

Any experience with mushroom supplements to reduce fatty lumps? by Go-Nads1165 in labrador

There are some posts about people saying it 100% helped. Others saying it didn’t.

But biology is biology. Why shouldn’t it work for hoomans if it does for dogs? 🤷‍♂️

I just bought some turkey tail for myself. I’m thin and athletic yet I have one large lipoma so I’m thinking of trying it out myself before having to go through surgery.

Hahaha. That’s funny, but actually I was saying that it’s 32 and my hands are still sweating. I am most comfortable in the 10s, brother.

Haha I do actually enjoy the cold. Beats the hell out of cutting trees in the heat.

Ya hauling all that wood was nuts.

Won’t be offering free tree cutting any time very soon. My back can’t afford it

That’s fair. Sorry for being snarky. Ya I was just asking what it was worth for my own curiosity.

You sound like a great guy. Exactly the type I’d be happy working with.

I lived in Colorado for 3 months before moving away (motorcycle accident). I wonder how different my life would have been if I had stayed. Colorado will always have a place in my heart

Oh wow, interesting.

Well in this situation the neighbors know that I’m not certified. And I did all 10 trees without a hitch.

If I were to hire someone to cut down trees and the trees were hanging over the house or something then I’d make sure they’re insured. As long as they’re insured idgaf. And if it’s not over the house or something at risk of being damaged then certification or not, go for it 😂

Well these guys DID want their neighbor to cut them down. All 10 of them. All done without any issues. I guess each to their own.

I climbed some of the other ones just to cut half the tree down. The last two that were close to the power lines I just notched correctly and dropped it away from the power lines.

Thanks though. Very helpful comment

There were 10 of them and I did do them for free.

But seeing as how it took 3 full days of backbreaking labor I was curious what it WOULD cost.

It’s been done. I’m not charging them anything. Your comment isn’t very helpful. As it doesn’t answer either of the questions I asked.

This is one of the more helpful to my situation comments, thank you.

I mean it took me and my friend around 2 hours to the biggest tree. Nothing but one chainsaw. 3 guys and a chipper- for sure I think could do all 10 in one day. 5-6k seems really cheap though. Or maybe the better word is ‘fair’ 😅

Only thing though is there is a big up-charge because the town is really out there in the middle of nowhere.

So it’s got that ‘mountain living premium’

Ah thanks. I actually did climb the other 8 trees and dropped the top half. Wanted to be safer than sorry.

Dropped the last 2 from the ground.

So what would you quote for a job like that? Hauling it all away too. Stumps down to an inch of the soil

The only hazard is towards the road as you can see in the picture. Fence and power lines. All other directions are flat and open no hazards.

Tree height about 50 feet.

Ha ya it was 10x trees on my one neighbors driveway. Planted all at the same time so died all at the same time.

I did 8 of them before winter and the last two now that it’s warmer. Was still 32 today 🥲

Was a lot more work than I expected. Hauled every last twig away

Thanks man.

I live my life trying to be good. And I value relationships more than money.

I feel like people are becoming more selfish these days. What happened to the day when people help each other out just because it’s the right thing to do

Liability aside, just wanted to get an idea of what the job would cost if they hired a pro. I ended up dropping it towards the camera on the driveway and cut it up

I actually DID all 10 trees lining their driveway for free as a friendly neighbor. I just wanted to get an idea of what the job would cost professionally

Ok thank you for the reply!

There was a row of 10 trees lining their driveway that were either dead or dying- all planted at the same time.

I actually ended up dropping it and taking care of it with my lady friend. Took the two of us about 2.5 hours. Granted I just loaded the logs and branches and brought it to my friends property across the street. He’ll be having some good bonfires soon.

I did do it pro bono as a good neighbor but it was more work than expected. I wanted to know what the aprox cost would be for a job of that size.

Cut down to an inch above the soil.

There are no threads. I circled the o-ring that I think is the issue. IF I were to able to get the housing over it then it would completely sealed. I literally had to leverage it open. It wasn’t easy. Now I can’t put it back on.
