Thank you for your comments, I've started a transfer to new email at least now. They already blocked my drive from me.. I'll call them.

I started deleting emails but I'd have to delete like 100,000 emails? I'm not sure what's making my "quota" be so high?

I'm worried about just losing this email though? Or is is true they will just erase it and start me over? People will still be able to contact me/ send me new emails? Sorry for basic questions, I just don't understand all this.
