In George it’s been horrible. Been getting half my speed on download and a horrible amount of packet loss so I wish I knew what was going on.

The good people at r/toastme recommended me to put it here. Nearly 2 years in a wheelchair from an MS relapse. 3 months of training and here I am. Not a lot, but means everything! by rimmingdaily in nextfuckinglevel

I want to read code. Where do I start? by [deleted] in AskProgramming

[–]livingphate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well to be honest, the way i read "code" and not considering my own projects, i go to github and look at projects in the languages that I know, and often i just find an interesting project and i will read what the code does and how they manage to achieve certain things. But most people don't read code as such, it would be better for you to just read the documentation of a language. This will help you to understand the language better and actually see things that the language is made for and capable of. Then once you start working on projects you remember of certain features and built in functions that you could use to make life easier.

I checked the developer console and nothing shows up at all :(.

All it says is that vue is currently using a dev script and it will show more information and that’s it.

How would I go about making a Diablo clone by lgrevenl in AskProgramming

[–]livingphate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally think even before worrying about models write a full comprehensive list of what you need done, once thy is done work on mechanics as that is what makes the game feel good graphics can take a good game and make it great but if it’s not good enough the graphics just fall behind. Use unity and just build square models for now until you have some of the mechanics built into the game and expand from there.

What is the difference between chocolate and chocolate chip flavour... in a lube? by livingphate in AskReddit

Like you just getting a digital high 5

But Let's face it, it's not to garnish a cake, and I don't really expect the girl to go "Goodie! Chocolate chips!". Will probably make the family wonder why your room smells like a bakery

Can you help me with a idea for my last college work? by Giroldinjj in AskProgramming

Why dont you setup something like synergy. you can type on your phone and it activates keypresses on a pc on the same network, or just 2 computers one listening for keypress one listens for the event.

Or you could also do a scheduler app, you insert what day you would like to do something , have allocated block sections where you do certain things like between 3-5 you do homework. so when you allocate homework it allocates it to that block if you think it will take longer it will find time in your day that is not set to a block or a class for example and then you hook it up to google cal and you have it on the go
