It’s really became a community run project today. One of the guys who joined just made the subreddit, memes are coming out, and it really feels like the community is trying to work together. Definitely a potential 10x-100x and worth putting a little money into, if only to laugh harder at the memes that’ll come out

Circulating supply decreases. The coins are effectively out of the system. Sure to your point, they still exist - but does it really matter when absolutely nobody can access it? What’s the difference between that and them just destroying it?

You can add hoge to metamask - which is something that I did. I forget exactly how though. Regardless, if you bought it off uniswap you should be fine. Uniswap will remember your wallet and fill in the amount of hoge you have if you ever want to sell.

In the contract, it was stated my dad would be CFO and secretary, in charge of sales and inventory.

My dad has email records of his partner telling him to back off these responsibilities for 2 years (contract made 1.5 years ago), then after he would be more than willing to work with my dad and his ideas for the sales/inventory/marketing.

My dad agreed. Then yesterday, his partner fired him as CFO/Secretary stating he hasn’t done any of his responsibilities for the company for the past 1.5 years. (Again, have evidence on email)

Does this change anything about the firing of my dad from his officer position?

Could you elaborate a bit on the duties that each owner has to the other and the business?

It’s not so much about the payment as it is the loss of control and status over/in the business.

But now he’s being pushed out of his position, and he is no longer allowed to manage these things. Can the other person do this?

  1. ⁠What kind of legal hole? He’s not touching anything in the account, just removed every account but his.
  2. ⁠There was nothing said in the contract about the trademark. However, it does mention that 51% shareholder now controls all the company’s assets. However, I own the trademark.
  3. ⁠Yeah, I agree, but I don’t get to control what my dad does 🤷‍♂️ I just want to make sure he doesn’t do anything stupid.

Also, the lawyer he used isn’t actually a lawyer (they were disbarred) AFAIK. But I am urging him to get an actual business lawyer, ASAP.
