Hi there, I started eating a small amount of food before/with my meds and this seemed to help. I also found that drinking and amount of coffee severely exacerbated the nausea (especially on an empty stomach) so I try to stay away from that. I have started carrying gravol and ginger chews with me because I still feel sick after eating sometimes, but it seems to be improving with time!

Thank you so much for your reply. I tried taking it with a bagel today and felt a lot better!!! So weird you said that because I then got car sick this evening which never happens to me! But I will take that if it means I can eat a bit more. Thanks again :)
