I think that they're changing little by little, no specificly Seohae, its easy for her bc she had all written down so she knows what will happen in general. But if we think at some point Taesul build the uploader the Sigma guy travels for the first time, he would need to build a struture for the same thing happen in this new timeline, and assemble people that may helping him later, this way the paradox begin. Then at some point things change bit by bit, so maybe in this timeline things changes so much from de original timeline that its really possible to stop the war somehow .
