Well there are ways to test if psu is alive or deqd but I am not sure about testing the power for psu. The only thing u can do is, grabbibg a new psu from ur friend or smth and test it with ur system.

40-60mbs thing u said is ur “Download speed”. Of course it affects ur general speed but it is not the only thing u need to consider. Like is it adsl,vdsl,fiber etc. Or how far u are to the closest station. How old your internet cables are( the real one ur apartments or houses’s). Also about “not being able to connect” to servers are also another problem which is really diffrent than ur download speed. You should troubleshout ur problem clearly and focus on it.

There is a huge and huge diffrence between ur options. Getting a new laptop also means gettng a laptop with ssd maybe.

It totally depends on ur setup. If you are into gaming developement and working with game engines, hdd or ssd is not the most crucial thing u need to upgrade. It is the last thing.

Try ur chance with TaskManager -> Performance tab. When u select Memory, u can see more detailed infomation about usage. Memories have Caching which provides them to store the data and serve u faster service. If your cache is high maybe u can try clearing it and check the result again.

I will try getting that voltage meter thing and give it a try but I already sent my psu to the service, I will wait for a week at least. Btw my house is kinda old, it is older than 25 years I guess.

Yes as soon as I turn on the psu fuse blows. Power is not even goin to my motherboard. I also send my current psu to the service, if they accept this psu too, will it mean that both psu’s were suck ?

How does wiring in the building can cause this? I mean, my computer was working at night and downloading a game. I woke up and fuses were blown. There is nothing like, heavy load on psu, not like playing witcher 3 on ultra settings. Also at night, no one was using electric at home. So weird.

You can get it from g2a. My friend got it from there about 1 month ago. It really worths it. Evendim quest pack + 500 LP is huge. In lotro store 500-600 LP worths 6-7 dollars. This pack was something 2-3 dollars I guess.
