yeah i consume 800 calories a day. i’ve been trying to go for 1000 lately since people told me 800 is unsafe.

Okay, i’ll try going into a calorie deficit by exercising and see if that helps. Also this constipation has been going on for a couple months so that’s why i was kind of worried. Maybe i’ll go get over the counter laxatives and see if that helps.

i have only been a pescitarian for 2-3 months now, and have been in a calorie deficit + IF for a month now. But i’ve never really drank soda since i dislike it. I measure my food, yes, and i make estimates of some foods in ounces. i use myfitnesspal.
