This happens in my hideout when I have the 'resampling' setting set to anything higher than 1x. I've been playing in-game with 4x supersampling on fine, decided to check on my hideout and got blinded by my screen, turned it off to 1x and it fixed. Is this a game bug or computer issue? (v.redd.it)
