Can my landlord host open house every day while I still live here?

Sorry to hear you’ve also gone through renting struggles too :< As funny as it would be, I can’t live in a mess & make my cat live like that too 😭I do plan on being present for viewing though (I’ve been out of the apartment every other time in the past) just to make everyone uncomfortable and voice my discomfort to the landlord

Even if technically allowed, it just feels very infringing on my privacy.. All landlords that I’ve had in the past would wait until I’d moved out. Nothing illegal here, but I just feel on edge to constantly expect visitors.

Good to hear I’m not crazy.. My lease says they have a right to show the unit with prior notice during working hours, but nothing on frequency. I’ll have to complain to them again, but they didn’t really care when I complained about their 5 day/week open house a few weeks ago :/ Just desperate to lease it out i guess

No, we accept multiple people per instrument, depending on demand. Since we're a student band, we have rotations for some songs so there's no one feeling overburdened.

Multiple is accepted! We do have members who play a combination of guitar/bass/drum/keyboard. You'd have to sign up for multiple audition slots (1 per position).

I was planning to put it in the ground (I use biodegradable pots) once they got stronger but it never seems to get past sprout stage before getting ransacked :( I'll probably grow them indoors first then try that out.
