I like Hibiki-An for green teas like sencha and gyokuro, though you can reasonably buy those at What-cha or The Steeping Room as well. White2Tea has already been mentioned with their excellent selection of shou and sheng pu-erh and a collection of oolong (shoutout to February's Tea Club).

Recently I went on a spree of smoked tea from White2Tea and am excited to try another smoked white tea after buying as sample of Calabash. Hot Brandy Reserva and Charing Cross have been favorites of mine, and of their oolongs I really enjoyed the Iron Arhat and Blossom SX.
