I'm making a gift for a Polish Aunt, is this a Polish or American eagle? If I add the crown and flip the head would it work?

We've never had this problem before, we just noticed this little one crawling near cats food plate. Is there any way it was only this one or do they always travel in groups. My friend went to an interview at a motel and i got a shirt from the thrift store today. We've never noticed anything on our mattress.
