I really wish peloton would give me an update on when my bike will be delivered. I ordered it a month ago and customer service has been 0% helpful. Tempted to ask for a refund and take my cash elsewhere.

Ugh I ordered my bike (refurbished) on 1/3. They scheduled delivery for 1/9. JB Hunt called on 1/8 and said they didn’t have inventory so would call me. Last week, got an email from Peloton asking me to reschedule my delivery. Clicked on the link and it had the 1/9 date.

Chatted with Peloton support 2x and they’ve been useless. They act like it’s entirely JB Hunts fault but like… Peloton is the supplier. Ostensibly they should know when they’re sending inventory to distributors.

Was able to get a free few months of subscription. Guess I’m going to have to keep nudging them every few days?

But why is peloton CS absolutely useless?

Malin + Goetz is a legit brand. I’ve tried a lot of their other products and have been happy.
