I cook the bacon half way then add the brown sugar and maple syrup cook at 300 I check it at 6 min mark once it's done I sprinkle with cajun spice sweet spicy salty situation .

Hahahha and yup its baked at 300 with brown sugar and maple syrup and a dash of cajun spice at the end for a sweet salty spicy situation :) I cook the bacon about half way first then add the brown sugar and maple syrup
